EPA Proposes Approval of Texas State Implementation Plan for Houston-Galveston-Brazoria Ozone Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Texas State Implementation Plan to meet the Reasonable Further Progress requirements for the Houston-Galveston-Brazoria area, which must reduce ozone emissions to meet the 2008 National Ambient Air Quality Standard by the applicable attainment date.
