EPA Revises Financial Assistance Regulations to Increase Flexibility and Streamline Dispute Procedures

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has revised certain provisions of its financial assistance regulations to provide more flexibility to recipients and streamline dispute procedures for applicants and recipients, exempting the revisions from the notice and comment requirements of the Administrative Procedure Act (APA).
