Deutsche Bank AG and Other Applicants Seek Exemption from Injunction Related to Commodity Futures Trading Commission Order

Deutsche Bank AG and several of its subsidiaries have received a temporary exemption from a US court injunction related to a consent order with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, pending the CFTC's final action on a permanent exemption application.
