US Commerce Department Preliminarily Finds Taiwanese PC Strand Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has found that prestressed concrete steel wire strand (PC strand) from Taiwan is being sold in the US at less than its fair market value, and has invited interested parties to comment on this preliminary determination.
