EPA Announces Guidance for Superfund Grants to States and Tribes for Fiscal Year 2021

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released guidance on grant funding for state and tribal response programs under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), also known as Superfund, to support the cleanup and redevelopment of contaminated sites in Fiscal Year 2021.
