NMFS Seeks Public Input on Marine Mammal Taking Authorization for Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel Expansion

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking public input on a request from the Hampton Roads Connector Partners (HRCP) to take small numbers of marine mammals incidental to construction activities at the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel Expansion Project in Norfolk, Virginia.
