Electric Reliability Organization Proposal to Retire Requirements in Reliability Standards Under the NERC Standards Efficiency Review

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has approved the retirement of 18 Reliability Standard requirements by the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC), a Commission-certified Electric Reliability Organization, and has remanded a proposed retirement of 56 MOD A Reliability Standard requirements for further consideration by NERC.
