US Department of Commerce Determines Countervailable Subsidies on Forged Steel Fittings from India

The US Department of Commerce has made a final affirmative countervailing duty determination, finding that producers and exporters of forged steel fittings from India are receiving subsidies, which could lead to tariffs being imposed on these products in the US market.
