U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Extends Scoping Period for Dakota Access Pipeline Environmental Impact Statement

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has extended the public scoping period for an environmental impact statement related to a fuel-carrying pipeline right-of-way under Lake Oahe in North Dakota, originally set to end on October 26, 2020, but now extended to November 26, 2020.
