Final Environmental Impact Statement for the Little River Band Trust Acquisition and Casino Project

The Bureau of Indian Affairs, along with the Township of Fruitport, County of Muskegon, Little River Band of Ottawa Indians, and Federal Highway Administration, plans to submit a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regarding the Tribe's request to transfer approximately 60 acres of land in Michigan for gaming and other purposes.
