EPA Approves New Hampshire's State Implementation Plan for 2015 Ozone and 2012 PM2.5 Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of New Hampshire, addressing infrastructure requirements under the Clean Air Act for the 2015 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) and granting exemptions and conditional approvals for several elements of the submittal.
