EPA Proposes Disapproval of Texas Air Plan Elements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to disapprove certain elements of Texas' State Implementation Plan (SIP) for meeting the 2012 PM 2.5 and 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS), citing concerns over interstate visibility transport requirements.
