Revised Cross-State Air Pollution Rule Update for the 2008 Ozone NAAQS

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a revised rule to address interstate air pollution obligations under the Clean Air Act, following a court decision that found a previous rule was unlawful in allowing upwind states to continue contributing to downwind ozone problems beyond statutory dates.
