EPA Proposes Approval of Washington State Air Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve revisions to the Washington State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Washington, removing the Inspection and Maintenance (I/M) program from the SIP and moving it to the contingency portion for nonattainment areas.
