FEMA Modernizes Publication Requirements for Community Eligibility Status Information Under the National Flood Insurance Program

FEMA is replacing outdated regulations with a new rule that requires the publication of community eligibility status information on the internet or by another comparable method, modernizing the process for communities to gain or lose flood insurance eligibility.
