Pipeline Safety: Request for Special Permit; Columbia Gulf Transmission, L.L.C.

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is seeking public comments on Columbia Gulf Transmission, L.L.C. (CGT)'s request to renew a special permit and add new segments, which would exempt the company from certain federal pipeline safety regulations for a 30-day period.
