NIOSH to Evaluate Petition for Special Exposure Cohort Designation

The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) has announced its decision to evaluate a petition to include employees from the Pinellas Plant in Clearwater, Florida, in the Special Exposure Cohort under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000.
