US Department of Homeland Security Extends Temporary Protected Status for South Sudanese Nationals

The US Department of Homeland Security has extended the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designation for South Sudan for 18 months, from November 3, 2020, through May 2, 2022, allowing eligible beneficiaries to retain their status through May 2, 2022, as long as they meet the eligibility requirements.
