VA Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Collection of Personal Information for Third-Party Assistance

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking public comment on a proposed collection of personal information by the agency, which will be used to enable a third party to act on behalf of insured veterans or beneficiaries who require assistance with their affairs.
