FTC Announces Revised Franchise Rule Exemptions with New Monetary Thresholds

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has updated the monetary thresholds for exemptions from the Franchise Rule, which are adjusted every four years based on the Consumer Price Index for all urban consumers published by the US Department of Labor.
