US Fish and Wildlife Service Releases Draft Habitat Conservation Plan and Environmental Assessment for California Department of Parks and Recreation

The US Fish and Wildlife Service has made available a draft habitat conservation plan and environmental assessment for California Department of Parks and Recreation activities at Pismo State Beach and Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Recreation Area, as part of the department's application for an incidental take permit under the Endangered Species Act.
