OCSE Requests Approval for Standardized Request Form to Collect Information on Administrative Flexibilities Under Stafford Act

The Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE), part of the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), is seeking approval for a standardized request form to gather information from state and tribal title IV-D child support agencies regarding administrative flexibilities granted under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (Stafford Act) due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
