Final Environmental Impact Statement and Final Deschutes Basin Habitat Conservation Plan Released for Public Review

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and National Marine Fisheries Service have released a final environmental impact statement and habitat conservation plan for the Deschutes Basin, Oregon, addressing the incidental take of four endangered species by eight irrigation districts and the City of Prineville over a 30-year period.
