Pennsylvania Regulatory Program Amendment Approved by OSMRE

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) has approved an amendment to the Pennsylvania regulatory program, except for one exception, which includes changes to manganese testing and post-mining pollutional discharges on coal mining sites.
