EPA Partially Approves Arizona Air Quality Plan, Disapproves Key Elements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized a partial approval and partial disapproval of an Arizona state implementation plan for reducing sulfur dioxide emissions in the Hayden area, approving base year emissions inventories but disapproving key elements required for attainment of the 2010 national ambient air quality standard.
