US Department of Agriculture Publishes Revised Document for Direct Buried Plant Construction Specifications

The Rural Utilities Service (RUS) has released a revised document in the Federal Register, seeking public comments on updates to the construction specifications for direct buried plants, as outlined in RUS Bulletin 1753F-150, following a correction to the Docket ID number, originally published on June 8, 2010, at 75 FR 32313.
