U.S. Department of Energy Announces Consultation Opportunities on Mercury Storage Fee

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is seeking input from individuals and organizations that may be affected by a potential fee for storing elemental mercury at a DOE facility, as mandated by the Mercury Export Ban Act of 2008.
