US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Prestressed Concrete Steel Wire Strand from Spain Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that prestressed concrete steel wire strand imports from Spain are being sold at less than fair value, with the investigation covering the period from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020.
