DHS Proposes Changes to ICE External Investigations System of Records

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is proposing to modify and reissue a system of records used by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to investigate suspected law violations related to people and goods entering the United States.
