Agency Requests Emergency Processing for Rail Ridership Data Collection

The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) is seeking emergency authorization from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to collect ridership data and certified schedule metrics for intercity passenger rail service, following the recent issuance of a final rule.
