EPA Transfers Pesticide Data to Research Triangle Institute

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is transferring pesticide-related information submitted under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) and the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) to Research Triangle Institute, a contractor for the EPA's Office of Pesticide Programs (OPP), to support the fulfillment of a contract.
