Rescheduled Public Hearing

The Board of Directors of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation ("DFC") will hold a public hearing on December 10, 2020. This hearing will afford an opportunity for any person to present views in accordance with the BUILD Act of 2018. Those wishing to present at the hearing must provide advance notice to the agency as detailed below. Please note that this hearing was originally scheduled for Wednesday, December 9, 2020; notice of which was published in the Federal Register on Thursday, November 5, 2020.
