EPA Issues Significant New Use Rules for Certain Chemical Substances

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requiring companies to submit a Significant New Use Notice (SNUN) and undergo review before manufacturing or processing a list of chemicals for a new use, in accordance with the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
