Rural Utilities Service Amends Guarantee Program Regulations for Electric and Telephone Lenders

The Rural Utilities Service (RUS) is updating its regulations for a guarantee program that supports loans for electric and telephone projects by non-profit lenders. The changes aim to align agency rules with current law, adopted in the Food, Conservation and Energy Act of 2008.
