Fourth Amendment to the Declaration Under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act for Medical Countermeasures Against COVID-19 and Republication of the Declaration

The U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services issues this updated declaration to revise and expand the existing March 10, 2020, declaration regarding the use of medical countermeasures against COVID-19 during a public health emergency.
