California Tribal-State Class III Gaming Compacts Take Effect

The State of California has implemented compacts governing Class III gaming with six California Tribes, including the Ione Band of Miwok Indians, Mooretown Rancheria of Maidu Indians of California, Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians, Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians, Tolowa Dee-Ni' Nation, and Tule River Indian Tribe of California, effective immediately.
