EPA Requests Comment on Proposed Clean Water Act Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency is seeking public input on proposed Clean Water Act regulations clarifying that state and tribal programs are not required to include the same criminal intent standard as the EPA under Section 309 of the Act.
