Nasdaq to Review Proposed Rule Change for Special Purpose Acquisition Companies

The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC has initiated proceedings to assess a proposed rule change aimed at updating listing rules for Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs) with a business plan to complete one or more business combinations.
