U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Invites Comments on California Condor Permit Application for Manzana Wind Power Project

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from Manzana Wind LLC for an incidental take permit under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, allowing for the California condor's incidental take during the operation of the Manzana Wind Power Project in Kern County, California.
