EPA Adjusts Civil Monetary Penalty Amounts to Reflect Inflation

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is implementing a final rule to update the maximum and minimum statutory civil monetary penalty amounts under the EPA's jurisdiction, as mandated by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990, as amended by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015.
