Army Extends Comment Period for Draft Environmental Impact Statement on Fort Wainwright Heat and Electrical Upgrades

The US Army is reopening the public comment period for its Draft Environmental Impact Statement on heat and electrical upgrades at Fort Wainwright, Alaska, for an additional 60 days, from February 22, 2021, to allow for further public input on the proposed project.
