Bureau of Industry and Security Amends Export Administration Regulations for Ukraine, Mexico, and Cyprus

The Bureau of Industry and Security has revised the Country Group designations for Ukraine, Mexico, and Cyprus under the Export Administration Regulations, moving Ukraine from Country Group D to Country Group B and adding Mexico and Cyprus to Country Group A:6.
