Nasdaq Approves Rule Change for Acquisition Companies Switching from NYSE to Nasdaq

The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC has approved a modified rule change allowing acquisition companies that switch from the NYSE to Nasdaq after announcing a business combination to be treated as eligible switches for purposes of IM-5900-7.
