USDA Forest Service Transmits Final Boundary for Black National Wild and Scenic River

The USDA Forest Service, Washington Office, has submitted the final boundary of the Black National Wild and Scenic River to Congress, as mandated by the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act, following a process that began in Gogebic County, Michigan, within the Ottawa National Forest.
