U.S. Agency for International Development to Expand Fringe Benefits for U.S. Personal Services Contracts

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking public comment on a proposed rule to revise its Acquisition Regulation (AIDAR) and expand fringe benefits for personal services contracts with U.S. nationals, including paid parental leave and relocation expense reimbursement.
