USAID Grant Regulations: Removing the Program Income Restriction on For-Profit Entities

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is issuing a final rule to remove a restriction on for-profit entities from adding program income to Federal awards, allowing any USAID assistance recipient to include earned income in the award.
