US Department of Agriculture Increases License Fees Under Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act

The USDA is raising annual license fees for companies handling perishable agricultural commodities, with fees increasing from $550 to $995 and from $200 to $600 for branch locations, and the maximum annual fee rising from $4,000 to $8,000.
