Exelon Generation Company, LLC Receives NRC Exemption for Early License Renewal Application

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has granted Exelon permission to submit a license renewal application for the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, Unit 1, up to 3 years before its current license expires, and potentially still qualify for timely renewal protection.
