Southern Nuclear Operating Company, Inc. Receives Exemption from U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission for Vogtle Electric Generating Plant Units 3 and 4

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has granted an exemption to Southern Nuclear Operating Company, Inc. to delay implementing certain fitness for duty requirements at Vogtle Electric Generating Plant Units 3 and 4, allowing for a later initial fuel load into the reactor.
