U.S. Department of Agriculture to Grant Exclusive License for Avian Feather Keratin Patent

The U.S. Department of Agriculture is set to grant an exclusive license to Horticultural Research Institute, Inc. for the use of a patented avian feather keratin composition, as outlined in U.S. Patent No. 7,066,995, issued on June 27, 2006.
